How are ignition coils packed at ST?

People prefer nice looking package at first sight before he knows about the coils inside.

Normally ST will communicate with customer about the specification of his private label package during production of ignition coils. It’s significant important to confirm each detail before packing them, so packing WI will be made based on customer’s request strictly to help both understand each other well in visual. Just as below picture showing.

Private label packing material like box, label, shipping mark, etc. will be designed by ST experienced team and confirmed before sending to customers for double check. It really saves much time for back and forth confirmation.

Finally to pack, ST will laser print a sample and take a photo for confirmation by customer before doing mass. Each coil will be visual inspected at six sides again before doing laser or packing. All packing steps for each items will be taken photos for record, and also to customer to inform readiness of goods.

The packing suggestions will also be provided by ST for those customer with less experience for this line. What ST want to do is protecting ignition coils well and make customers competitive in the market, not only high quality product, but also perfect packing.
